This week in class we got to recommend music to listen to. Most of the music we listened to was rap which was ok, but I'm more of a country guy, and I didn't want to recommend we listen to one of my songs and then everybody hate it. So I kept my mouth shut, for the most part. I recommended one of the rap songs which was Swimming Pool by Kendrick Lamar. This song has a pretty good beat, and a good flow to it that makes you want to bob your head to. Another kid in class recommended that we listen to a song by Kid Cudi, I can't remember the name of the song but all I remember is it not being the best song in the world. It was way to long and not catchy enough for me to like it. I like the way that class was, and I think that was the most engaged I have ever been in class before. I hope we get to do that again!
